The decoration in front of Royal Palace to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Norodom Sihamoni becoming the King of Cambodia. He was formally appointed as King on Oct. 29, 2004. King Sihamoni is the eldest son of King Father Norodom Sihanouk and Queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk.
