FUNCINPEC President Norodom Ranariddh says opposition leader Sam Rainsy has to face the court when he returns to Cambodia.
Sam Rainsy left Cambodia on Feb. 3 after the National Assembly voted to strip his immunity in the defamation lawsuit filed by Ranariddh.
Rainsy said he is returning to Cambodia very soon and is neither afraid of the court nor jail.
