The executive director of the National Authority on AIDS Dr. Tea Phalla said 120,000 condoms will be distributed during the upcoming Water Festival.
Speaking to reporters in Phnom Penh recently, Dr. Tea said about 200 NGO workers will help distribute the condoms.
He said there will be a booth showing video on the impact of AIDS.
