A government prosecutor in Kratie province was injured by a hand grenade Monday night when unknown men tossed a grenade at his house.
Local police said a man on motocycle tried to throw the grenade into his house but it hit the fence and exploded instead.
Police is investigating the incident.
The victim did not say whether or not the attempt on his life was politically motivated. But he did say he had issued many arrest warrants in drug-related cases.
