FUNCINPEC President Norodom Ranaridh said a new government could be formed before the one year anniversary of the election.
Prince Ranaridh said there are only one or two issues to be discussed with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen. The Prince said he does not see any problem in the way.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen refused to comment on the talks. He only said there is an end to everything. Mr. Hun Sen compared Cambodian politics to Friday morning soccer match between Portugal and England which was determined by the goal keepers.
