In an interview with Khmer service stringer Khemara, FUNCINPEC spokesman Neou Kasie said FUNCINPEC wants equal responsibility in the new coalition government, meaning 50/50 power sharing but said CPP still insists on the 60/40 formula.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kanharith said CPP is the winner in the election and has already made concessions to FUNCINPEC by giving FUNCINPEC the position of the president of the parliament and by allowing FUNCINPEC to have positions in the provincial government.
