The Alliance of Democrats (AD) say they are preparing to attach more clauses to the constitutional amendment that would allow the selection of the prime minister and the parliamentary chair simultaneously.
AD officials want to attach several bills such as anti-corruption to the amendment.
The AD officials said they are seeking input from NGOs and other organizations on this idea
