FUNCINPEC submits half of its reform proposals Tuesday to CPP to consider.
FUNCIPEC and CPP working groups met for only 20 minutes today.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kanarith confirms he just received FUNCINPEC's proposals and said CPP would need a lot of time to consider.
A FUNCINPEC official who asked not to be identified said FUNCINPEC submitted the first half to CPP to consider for now and will submit the second half which deals with power sharing at a later date.
