The Cambodian People's Party (CPP) and the FUNCINPEC Party announced they have agreed on one more condition, following a three-hour talk on Wednesday.
The CPP spokesman, Prak Sokhon, told reporters the two working groups have agree on the creation of a National Human Rights Committee to oversee the protection and the violations of human rights in Cambodia. Mr. Prak also said the two sides agreed on the issue of salary increase, but will have to work on the amount.
