Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Nam Hong said UNHCR officials violate Cambodian territorial integrity.
Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Mr. Hor said UNHCR officials issue refugee status to Montagnards from Vietnam without consulting with Cambodian authorities first.
Mr. Hor also accused UNHCR of encouraging the Montagnards to enter Cambodia.
The Cambodian Foreign Minister said these Montagnards are illegal immigrants who just want to resettle in the third country.
