The Cambodian People's Party's (CPP) and FUNCINPEC Party's working groups said border demarcation and judicial reforms are the two remaining issues that need to be resolved by the two parties' top leaders.
At the end of today's meeting, the two working groups still have not agreed on the remaining 13 proposed reforms.
They are taking a four-day break and will meet again next Tuesday.
