The former Khmer Rouge head of state Khieu Samphan today released a open letter # 3, denying his role in the death of neary 2 million Cambodians during the genocidal regime from 1975 to 1979.
Khieu Samphan also criticized the people who signed the petiton to have the surviving former top Khmer Rouge leaders arrested to await the upcoming trial in fear they might flee Cambodia.
