New Bird Flu Cases in Cambodia - 2004-04-20


Cambodia announces two new cases of bird flu in two different provinces.

The ministry of agriculture said the two cases were confirmed after the tests came back from France.

The ministry of agriculture and the ministry of health say they are taking measures to control the disease.

The two local areas were quaranteened until further notice. So far, Cambodia has 12 cases of bird flu. Seven people were tested but no one was tested positive for the disease.
