FUNCINPEC and CPP working groups still could not agree on at least 21 proposals for reforms during Friday's meeting.
However, they have agreed on about 50 points. Observers of Cambodian politics believe those were less important and less controversial.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kanharith said those 21 points will be discussed in the April 28th meeting and if the working groups could not agreed on any points, they will be discussed by the party leaders.
FUNCINPEC spokesman Neov Kasie said the talks are going well because both sides look at the issues very carefully and thoughtfully.
