The Alliance of Democrats (AD) issues a statement listing all the reforms that the FUNCINPEC and CPP working groups have not agreed upon.
The statement came out one day before another meeting between the two parties' working groups.
The AD urges the working groups to discuss the 21 proposals.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kahnarith said those proposals have been brought up at the previous meetings and will be brought up again at tomorrow's meeting with FUNCINPEC.
