Working groups from FUNCINPEC and CPP continue to discuss draft agenda for new government.
FUNCINPEC insists that any existing agreement with any foreign government that violates Cambodia's territory, sovereignty, and neutrality should be nullified.
FUNCINPEC also wants the creation of a high-ranking border council in charge of all the border issues including the clear demarcation of Cambodian borders with its neighbors using documents given to the United Nations back in the 1960's.
CPP has said it is defending Cambodia's territory, sovereignty and neutrality.
