The FUNCINPEC Party secretariat announced Friday that the three official spokesmen for the party are the party president, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, its secretary-general, Prince Norodon Sirivuth, and its regular spokesman, Mr. Neou Kasie.
Other party members could make statements on the party, but it would just be their personal opinions.
