The Director of Cambodia Center for Human Rights (CCHR) told VOA listeners that he concurred with the U.S. State Department's annual report on Human Rights in Cambodia that it is still a serious problem, although there were some improvements.
Mr. Kem Sokha said the killings were lower in number, but were aimed at more important targets.
