The Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) Secretary-General told reporters that a SRP activist who has been jailed in Thailand for more that 4 years will be released Thursday.
Mr. Sok Yoeun was charged with an rocket attack on Prime Minister Hun Sen's motorcade in 1998 in Siemreap province in which one persom was killed, but the charge was dropped by Mr. Hun Sen and King Norodom Sihanouk two months ago on humanitarian grounds.
