A Phnom Penh court has set the date of February 26, 2004, to hear the FM90 ownership dispute case involving Mrs. Keo Sothea who claimed she is the legal sole owner of the radio station.
Officials from the US Embassy, the International Republican Institute, and Human Rights Organizations are following the case very closely.
