The President of the FUNCINPEC Party, Prince Norodom Ranariddh, exchanged letter today with Cambodia's Prime Minister Hun Sen on the resumption of talks between the Working Groups of the three main parties.
The Cambodian Prime Minister wanted to have the talks between only two main parties, but the Prince, who is also the President of the Alliance of Democrats that is a newly-formed alliance between the FUNCINPEC Party and the Sam Rainsy Party, wanted to have a tripartite talks between the Cambodian People's Party, the Prince's FUNCINPEC and the opposition Sam Rainsy Party.
