One of the two suspects police arrested yesterday in connection with the prominent union leader last week, confessed that he is the killer.
Only a few hours ago, the 23 year-ol Born Samnang said police had beaten and forced him to sign a confession letter. The other suspect, Sok Samoeun continues to maintain his innocence.
The Phnom Penh police also said it has traced the caller who threatened Mr. Chea Vichea last year. Police said the man told them he just followed the order of the Sam Rainsy General Secretary Eng Chhay Eang.
