At least four boys were killed when left-over shell exploded in their house in Thmar Puok district in Banteay Meanchey province. Police said the four boys, 8 months to 13 years old, were playing with an unexploded shell while their parents were not at home.
In another development, two men, a father and the son-in-law, were seriously injured after accidently stepping on a land mine, while clearing a parcel of land for farming in the same province.
