The Director of Cambodia Border Committee told VOA listeners that any threaty signed between Vietnam and Cambodia from 1979 to 1991 are illegal and must be declared void.
Through the Hello VOA program, Mr. Sean Peng Se said King Norodom Sihanouk is the only expert and a critical figure in Cambodia's border issues.
He said Prime Minister Hun Sen does not want to have these treaties annulled.
