The Cambodian People's Party (CPP) said the possibility of a high-level meeting still exists, but that the Alliance of Democrats (AD) has to let the CPP know its exact agenda for the meeting.
CPP spokesman Khieu Kanarith said he can arrange the meeting for the top leaders of the three parties, but so far has not received any written request from the AD.
