Corruption Has Become Cambodia's Newest Culture - 2004-01-08


The President of the Khmer Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Organization (KHRACO) told VOA listeners that human rights conditions in Cambodia has improved substantially, but corruption has become Cambodia's newest culture.

In our Hello VOA program, Mr. Heng Kim Seng outlined KHRACO's ambitious programs to help Cambodian people understand the roots of the problems and to provide legal assistance to the victims.
