A FUNCINPEC party spokesman says the Alliance of Democrats recognizes the rights and obligations of the Cambodian People's Party's (CPP) to nominate a candidate for the Prime Minister's post.
Mr. Neou Kasie also says the CPP will submit to nomination to the King who will in turn send it to the National Assembly for a vote.
