The president of the Alliance of Democrats, prince Norodom Ranariddh told reporters that the three major parties must first create a new parliament and then form a new government.
He also reaffirmed the Alliance of Democrats's position that the FUNCINPEC Party and the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) will either join or stay out of the new government together.
