Victims React Strongly to The Appointment of a Former KR Diplomat - 2003-10-16

Several victims and survivors of the notorious Khmer Rouge regime strongly criticized the Cambodian government for appointing a former Khmer Rouge diplomat, Tep Khunnal, as deputy district chief of Malai district in Banteay Meanchey province.
