An advisor to the U.S. Senate says a U.S. Senate sub-committee sets conditions to a bill that would allow the U.S. military to train Cambodian military officers only if and when Cambodia can provide a credible list of names of the individuals who ordered the attacks on the March 1997's rally, on the July 1997's bloody coup d'etat that overthrew First Prime Minister Prince Norodom Ranariddh, and the violence before the elections of 1998, 2002 and 2003.
