The FUNCINPEC party submits its complaints to the Constitutional Council (CC) accusing the National Election Committee (NEC) of favoritism toward the Cambodian People's Party.
The CC decides to close the venues by which the FUNCINPEC party can explain its accusations in details, and question the ways the NEC conducts the election processes.
