The Alliance of Democrats between the FUNCINPEC party and the Sam Rainsy Party (SRP) says it will ask the United States to persuade Vietnam not to allow Hun Sen to become the Prime Minister of the next coalition government.
Mr. Sam Rainsy says the Alliance must prove to the Vietnamese leaders that the change is not against their interests.
