Constitutional Council Proclaims its Independence - 2003-08-16

Two members of Cambodia's Constitutional Council (CC) guarantee the body's independence, transparancy and neutrality in resolving three allegations it received from the FUNCINPEC party and the Sam Rainsy Party.
