A number of human rights organizations have expressed concerns over a lawsuit filed by a group of locals, over land grabbing issues in Koh Kong province. Ly Yung Phat, owner of a Sugar Company, is claimed to have been involved in land issues with the residents.

Phnom Penh court investigation judge Ker Sakhan has summoned former Funcinpec party secretary general prince Norodom Sirivudh to appear in court on January 29 for the sales of its party’s headquarters.
