Battambang court changes its initial decision to release Khieng Savorn and Uth Sakhan on bail, an official confirmed Friday.
One-star general Kheang Savorn, 46, two-star general Uth Sakhan, 48, and two-star general Men Saran, 49, were believed to have been involved in "weapon robberies" and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
On Thursday, the court has decided to release Kheng Savorn and Uth Sakhan on the grounds of insufficient evidence, while Men Saran was to be left in jail.
According to investigating judge Sok Sarin, the three generals are still being detained by Battambang court.
