Cambodian government urges the Cambodian people to participate in its anti-corruption campaign.
A government official, who has received the 'Clean Hand Treaty' from the Civil Society Organizations Against Corruption Coalition Thursday, says that non-governmental organizations cannot combat corruption without the government full support.
The treaty was signed by nearly 200,000 people. The country has been criticized for not having a law against corruption.
