Mr. Sean Pengse, the chair of Khmer Border Committee based in Paris said he is very happy about the recent formation of the Supreme National Council on Border Issues with the former King Sihanouk as chair.
Sean Pengse said the Khmer government has to have the will to accept the decision of the Supreme National Council on Border Issues.
