Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton are are expected to outline their economic plans during campaign stops this week in Detroit. In recent days, Trump has been continuing to criticize Clinton, mocking her for saying that she had "short-circuited" while speaking about her use of a private e-mail server while at the state department.
