Sign Language Frees Cambodian Deaf From “Prison”

With no language, little understanding and hardly any external help, being deaf in Cambodia is like being locked in a prison. But one organization is trying to change that, and is developing the country's first sign language so that the deaf community can finally communicate. AFP TV reports from Phnom Penh.
