In 17 years, Cambodian authorities have failed to find a single suspect in a grenade attack on an opposition rally that killed 16 people and wounded more than 100 others. Opposition leader Sam Rainy and supporters of the Cambodia National Rescue Party marked the anniversary of the attack on Sunday, holding a Buddhist ceremony at the site of the attack, in a park in Phnom Penh, where a small memorial marks the site of the attack.
