Long Dimanche, Phnom Penh Municipal spokesman, was appointed to replace Suth Dina, an ex-Cambodian Ambassador to South Korea. Long Dimanche, a 36 year-old CPP member and son of a long-time serving diplomat, Long Visalo, was directly nominated by Prime Minister Hun Sen early April to replace Suth Dina, who was charged involved in graft. During an exclusive interview with Neou Vannarin of VOA Khmer, Long Dimanche, a French-educated student, said he will fight corruption and clear Cambodian reputation in South Korea to bring more investment to his country.
