At least seven people are missing in what was being described as an effort to crack down on night-time rice transporters.
According to a group of people who came to Phnom Penh to seek help from the opposition party, provincial police arrested the rice transporters and accused them of illegal activities.
The same group of people said at least 7 of their friends remained missing after the arrest. They are urging the ministry of the interior to help locate their missing friends.
