A Battambang woman who was accused of drug smuggling is asking for help from a local human rights organization LICARDO.
The 56 year-old woman reported that the local police had accused her of drug smuggling without any evidence and demanded money from her.
A police officer who was accused of wrongdoing denied the charges. He said every arrest was made legally. LICARDO said it's not the first time people come to them for help.
