Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said the new government will give top priorities to the setting up of the Khmer Rouge (KR) tribunal and the WTO membership.
Speaking to reporters Tuesday, the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said he will travel to New York City to give a speech at the UN General Assembly in September and will probably talk to the UN Secretary General Kofi Annan about the issue.
US Ambassador to Cambodia Charles Ray said the US is pushing Cambodia to discuss the KR tribunal once the new government is formed.
