Prince Norodom Sirivudh, FUNCINPEC's General Secretary, held private meeting with Prime Minister Hun Sen of the Cambodian People's Party in China during a conference in Hainan.
After that meeting, the Prince expressed his optimism about getting close to forming a new government.
