Cambodia says Finland should not worry about Heng Pov's legal procedures because Cambodia is a law abiding nation.
Finland, which has given former Phnom Penh police chief Heng Pov a visa, expressed concern about his legal procedures after Malaysia hurriedly sent him back to Cambodia on December 21.
Khieu Thakvika, spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told reporters Friday that if Finland "regrets" about Heng Pov, Cambodia can send back many criminals to Finland.
