Could Plants be the Last Straw for Plastic?

For 30 years the Ocean Conservancy has conducted an ocean clean-up campaign on the world's beaches. They've collected 300 million pounds of garbage, a lot of it plastic. VOA Khmer's Chap Chetra narrates.
