For generations, the families of Ros Sophy and her husband Mao relied on fishing, sometimes resorting to illegal methods when stocks ran low. They often found themselves in debt, taking out loans at exorbitant fees. But a new program by Conservation International has given people new methods for fishing—and saving money.
