Artist Captures Healing in Broken Objects (Cambodia news in Khmer)

Amy Lee Sanford is an American artist who was born in Cambodia. Her works deal with the past, war, loss, displacement and guilt. But they also look at harmony and transformation. Sanford is currently in Cambodia, where earlier this year she underwent a six-day performance called Full Circle. In it she smashed 40 clay pots and put them back together. VOA Khmer spoke to the artist to find out why.
