Cambodia's Minister of Health told VOA listeners that the most dangerous strain of bird flu virus, H5N1, that killed at least 20 people in Asia has not spread to humans in Cambodia.
Through our Hello VOA program, Mr. Hong Sun Huot told listeners to cook their poultry to a temperature of 100 degrees celcius, and to carefully discard all dead birds, because the infection is transmitted through breathing.
